Failure to resolve a problem identified and paid f

I called Heyns Bros to come and sort out my DB board tripping. I logged a call as such. They sent their electrician to sort out the problem at a fee of R450 call out, which included the first hour's work. While they were there, I asked them to check the lights in my bedroom, because they were shining very faintly at night, even though they were switched off. But enough to sometimes wake me up in the night. They checked them and said there's nothing wrong and left the job. I then called them a couple of days later, because they were still doing the same thing. When I requested for the electrician to come out again, without having to pay another call out fee, I was told I would have to pay again, it's a problem with the dimmer switch. Well if the secretary answering the phone can tell me what the problem is, why didn't the electrician do the same. She got very snotty with me and insisted if I want them to come out again, I would have to pay. This is disgusting service and I said to her I'll never use them or recommend them again.
