Not owning up to new faults after repairs

Took my vehicle to Car Service City to fix a problem with the coils/spark plugs. Just before collecting the vehicle the manager called me to tell me that I had to wait, because they can not wash the vehicle - they could not close the windows??? Electric windows were working fine when I gave it to them! They could not find the problem and sent the car to an auto-electrician. 2 days later I was told that I could collect the vehicle and that the auto electrician found a "loose wire" behind the fuse box. Electric windows now working but indicators, central locking and console not working, and after a couple of days the car wouldn't start. Phoned the manager I he won't take responsibility. Sent an e-mail to manager and customer service on 30 Nov, and only response to date is that they are waiting on a report from the auto-electrician. No response from customer service, and no one contacting me to resolve the issue. I will NOT recommend Car Service City Lynnwood to anyone. This is completely unacceptable and they treat me like an. If the "loose wire" was fixed, then surely ALL the other electric problems would be resolved??? It was all working when I gave the vehicle to them!
