I've reported my 1 yr old 46" LED Samsung tv having problems on 15.03.2013. After me phoning them 5 times they have sent out a technician on 22.03.2013. It is now 03.04.2013 and I am still waiting for feedback and still without a working tv. I have to phone them all the time even though they promise to revert back to me. Their motto... let me repair... where service is excellent. I say... let me repair... where service is non existent. Pathetic. I wonder what Samsung and their overseas priniciapals would say.
