I went thru all the positive reports about EVETECH, and I realise, between all of them the products was praised very time, and in one or two the sales... was mentioned... like a by the way... footnote...
Makes you wonder about my experience this morning with Francois, the MANAGER! who firstly got me mixed up with a different client and didn't want to speak to me and the staff passed the phone around like a hot potato, funny actually!!! not even the owner IMRAN?? wanted to speak to me... when he finally realised his mistake it was only "yes" and "no" answers... not cool
Well my point is JES they do have good products but has NO business customer respect or customer Service at the first point of contact... not provisional, I'm sure I can get the same great product with great service somewhere else.
I'm sure some off the readers will agree that Service makes a BIG deference, and can even make up for bad product, as long as the service was good!
THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD THAT I RECIEVED FROM EVETECH, FRANCOIS AND FIRST FLOOR ENTRANCE STAFF!!!
Would like a reply!!! or comment from Evetech if they dare!
