At the beginning of January 2011, I bought a Dell Vostro 3700. It worked fairly fine for just under a year and since then, I have had to make continuous phone calls to Dell to send out one of their technicians due to various problems. I have already had about 6 call-outs from technicians - this year alone, today was the third one and we are only in April. Around 6 motherboards and various other components have already been replaced in my laptop by Dell certified technicians. I bought a Dell because of the supposedly good quality of their products but judging from the multiple call outs that I have had to do, I am seriously considering whether I should not look into buying other brands for now. Can someone from the management of Dell please contact me asap?
