Still waiting for my Samsung TV

Good day
I bought a Samsung 51' 3D plasma TV in April last year. The tv stopped working in September this year ( - 17 months). After being told that the Two year warranty on Samsung products started in May last year (three weeks after i purchased my TV) I enquired and was told who the local repair agents were. The agents collected the tv on the 13/09/2013 and informed me that it will be ready in one weeks time. It is now four weeks later and I still do not have the tv. Phoning the repair center is a waste of time for they either do not answer, promise to deliver the next day, promise to call back and do not do so. Even a visit to the shop yielded no results for we were promised delivery in two days, that was a week ago. I sent a email to Samsung requesting their assistance and got no reply. I am now at my wits end and do not know what to do.
