After Audi has inspected our car twice last year and confidently advised us to undertake repairs which will solve the problem of our car using 20l/100km, we had to return to Audi with no improvements on our car's fuel consumptions. In January, we saw no other way but to return and follow through with second repairs, which also were confidently suggested to us. Unfortunately, the car AGAIN has not improved one bit - in fact it got worse! Below is the closely followed record of our cars fuel consumption since the car has returned from the Audi centre in January.
Fuel price at the time: R12.78
1. R770 > 360km
2. R250 > 98km
3. R200 > 46km
We have paid around R4500 purely in repairs for NOTHING.
If Audi cannot repair this car, then at least have the confidence to state this and not promise repairs that will force us to return and keep spending money with no results.
