After spending close to three weeks trying to find third party service for repairs on my Audi and getting ripped off I decided to pay the premium and go to Audi N1 City directly to get the issue sorted. Not only were the repairs much cheaper and faster the service was absolutely amazing.
Derek was extremely helpful and friendly and got the job done. The repairs were fully explained to me and I was often contacted with updates on progress. Eventually when i got my car back it felt like new because they even fixed other little issues that i had not mentioned (tightening handbrakes, mirrors and seats). By far the best car service i have ever received. I would definitely recommend them for any Audi service!
