DO NOT BUY AUDI - TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased my new Audi Q3 in Oct 2012 from Audi Bruma. Since I took ownership of my vehicle, I've been hearing a rattle in the car and the fuel cap broke one month after I bought it. I've been to the dealership 3 times now to sort out these 2 issues and they're just not getting it right. They've had to order parts from Germany for the fuel cap 3 times and still cannot fix the problem (a fourth part has now been ordered). With regards to the rattle, I've been told 3 times now that the rattle in the car has been looked at, yet I'm still hearing the rattle. My car has now been booked in AGAIN for Audi to look at the rattle and the fuel cap. I elevated the matter to Dealer Principal (John Gaspar) as well as Audi South Africa (Terrence handled my complaint). Communication from their side is poor. They don't live up to their promise of "Quality and Prestige" after sales service as promised on their website. This was the first and the last time that I buy an Audi. They have SHOCKING after sales service which I really didn't expect from a luxury brand such as Audi. In this tough and competitive market, I can't believe that this is how they operate. You've lost my future business for sure!
