Audi South Africa
Audi 1.8 New car breakdown

I bought the new Audi 1.8 A4 on 30 March 2012, on the 18th February 2013 the car broke-down, it was about 18000 km. The car was towed to Audi The Glen, I was very disappointed to hear that Audi does not offer their customers courtesy cars when they have a problem with their new faulty cars,

The car was diagnosed with the clutch problem and I was told that Audi does not cover the clutch even when the car is under warranty and have travelled less than 100 000 km, therefore they need R25 000.00 to repair the vehicle, this is the second disappointment, because when I bought this car I was told that their motor plan work exactly like BMW, as a BMW driver I was comfortable to buy this Audi brand.

For 3 weeks no one from Audi has contacted me or even responded to my emails on the progress of my vehicle, the only time I will know about my car is when I call them, this is now third disappointment from Audi SA turn around time to customers.
I was told that the delay is due to the fact that they need the assessor to do the assessment on my car to verify if the problem was a factory fault or mine. I'm currently seeking legal advise to assist me with Audi.
