Pathetic service at Audi

My Audi A3 has now been for the 4th time in for a coolant level problem. Audi Umhlanga do not seem to know what they doing. They seem to work on a trial and error basis. Was promised that i get courtesy car if not fixed by a certain day. This never materialized. I will never buy a another Audi and definetly would not recommend sending your Audi to Audi Umhlanga for any services or repairs
