Disgusting customer service

I drive an Audi Q5 Manual which I bought new in July 2011. On the 28th June 2013 the clutch failed and Audi SA is telling me that the repairs of these nature are not covered by the Audi Freeway Plan. Here is a phrase from the Audi freeway Plan.

" The Audi Freeway Plan absorbs all maintenance and service costs, with the exception of between-service top-up fluids, fuel,
cracked or broken glass, and tyres.
A five-year or 100 000 km Audi Freeway Plan is included as standard on all new Audi vehicles."

Now I am told the reason for Audi SA not to cover the repairs of the clutch is due to my driving style of which it is no way mentioned in their conditions of their freeway plan, and further to that there is no mention of this particular item as one of the items excluded. Furthermore, there is no mention of the time frame of wear and tear (the vehicle is just over two years of which every year the car depreciates and so are the components and it is still within the service requirements)
