To whom it may concern,

My vehicle a 2008 Audi A4 2.0 Tdi (Reg No XVZ226GP), has been standing with Audi Centre Northcliff for 15 months now. I was bought under the impression that the motor plan on this vehicle would be re-activated with Audi South Africa; and only found out that I did not have a motor plan 3 years later when my vehicle needed a major repair.

I have completed the MIOSA application form and attached it as Annexure A, but please allow me to give you a detailed version of the story with supporting documentation. This will explain to you why I say and that why it has been proved that Audi Centre Northcliff to me and that they were negligent in terms of their service and advice given. They also have changed Management 3 times and are now on their 3rd Dealer Principal since these incidents happened.
