This is probably about the fifth time that I am making a booking for my car, once again I have been declined a courtesy car despite me making a booking TWO weeks in advance!
After spending close to 2 MILLION rand at BMW in the last year surely as loyal clients we can be treated with slight decency and not just as another number?
Staff are incredibly unhelpful and reply with a blunt "We CANT"without even trying?
Needless to say I will make sure that my upgrade will not be with BMW!!!
