My car bumper got scratched and since I am insured with CMC, I registered claim for which they asked me to get two quotations. One from MAG Motor Accident Group and the other from Joburg Express. I got the quotes, however, Joburg Express did not forward my quotation to CMC. When I called to find out today, they tell me they lost the quotation and I need to come back. This is TERRIBLE service and and extreme inconvenience given that they don't even open on weekends. The person I spoke to just now, Pam, did not even try make an alternative arrangement for me in this regard, I was just asked to come again. What makes it even worse is that I only have numbered days to process my claim with CMC and I had this quotation done on the 8th of July.
