I got a & a out for a repair to my roof - they also quoted me about R7000 and said they need to strip all the tiles and put in a shutterboard, when they came to do the actual job, they never done what was stipulated on the quotation. all the done was got a piece of wood and pushed in in somewhere next to the valley and waterproofed it. a good couple of months later I had to replace wooden floors and a new cupboard, whenever they did come uot they would just put some more waterproofing paint on but still have the same problem. I called the again and ever since they haven't made no arrangement to come out. all they can say is that they couldn't put the shutterboard in is because its a trickey roof, but I asked for a quote to fix the roof - which was never done. I now got a quote from a different company because I am tired of dealing with these people and their quotation also states that a shutterboard needs to be fitted - so I was clearly the loser of R7000
