I'm a student a Unisa, I first called in at the Bloemfontein offices on Monday 22/07/2013 asking to be helped with a quotation of my fees for the following year as I am applying for a bursary at work the lady who helped me told that she will give my details to Themba to help me with the quotation. Monday passed by as well as Tuesday without my request being fulfilled. I called again this morning asking for
Themba whom I struggled to get hold of, when I finally do get hold of him he tells he has never received my request and he will not help me with a quotation of my fees with an attitude. I then asked him if there is someone who can help me, he said no!!! I mean which institution can't give out quotations,??? That's simply not respecting students and wasting our precious time!!!
