To say I'm appalled at the service (or rather lack of) is an understatement. So far all I've received from Technostar is empty promises. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 24th of October and I registered a claim the very next day with my insurer A&G. It took 3 weeks for my claim to be approved. My vehicle was at Dmac where it had been towed to for an entire week before Technostar requested they deliver the car and even then it was after I went to their offices. When the vehicle arrived they said they need to wait for parts, almost 3 weeks later they still have not arrived. I have to call Technostar if I want to receive any form of information, and it's always the same story. Auto &General is going to lose a client due to their relationship with Technostar. At this rate I'll probably only get my car back in 2014. All I've received from Technostar is and empty promises and I'm fed up!
