Unable to provide me a free quotation

I would like to obtain a free quotation to repair my SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 2 Screen to avoid forfeiting the guarantee on the phone. However this seems quite impossible for anybody at your customer service to provide an "estimated" quotation without a hefty price of R188.00 payable when doing so. I have obtained already 5 quotations from reputable repair centers as Vodacom, MTN, and many more without any hassles e.g. assessments. The consultants (Saizeen Rugan) and supervisor (Siphiwe 18/12/2013 @13:45) who assist me did not understand the extend of the repairs required. They were adamant "that this is the only way to do so". I believe this is exploitation, for I will be forced to use the quotation that you submit. 1. Do I know that this is the best quotation obtained for repairs? 2. What guarantees and terms & conditions will the phone will be repaired under. 3. Estimated time it will take to repair the phone e.g. "book" & "repair". Where other reputable repair centers were able to repair within 2 hours. Will you be able to submit me an estimated quotation to repair the phone without being exploited if I don't accept the quotation? Please call me 0845045128.
