Bad Service and Bad Attitude

I made a claim for the minor damages with Budget Insurance on the 17th of Jan and my claim number is BUD300799. I took the car to Auto Magic on the 18th and on Tuesday I was told that my claim was rejected because it was above R3000, the quotation was R3200 according to the agent who gave me a call. I was also told that I have an option to take the car to the repairer of my choice but the damages needs to be under R3000 which I did. On the 24th of Jan my manager told me to remove the paint that was on the car using a brasso which I did and only to discover that there were no damages on the door of the car but on the Left Rear Fender of the car. On the 25th of Jan I took the car to Auto Gallery and I was given a quotation which I was R2704.65. Yesterday in the afterrnoon I called budget insurance to send them the quotation, sent the quotation through and today I was told that my claim was incomplete and they will not pay because initially the claim was for the door and the fender and I keep telling them that theres nothing wrong with the door but the fender. Completely unsatisfied with the service and completely bemused. Clearly they are not willing to pay for my car damages. Thanks.
