I was in a accident with my motorcycle on the of the 7th June. I gave all the details to Discovery the same day. They haven't told me that i need to take the motorcycle to be assessed. The assessor contact me to confirm that i need to be at them on the 10th and ask me a well that do i have a quotation. I got the quotation and sent it to the assessor on 11th. I spoke to Discovery on the 12th or 13th to ask if they received the assessor assessment. They had and they are working on it. I heard nothing from them till the 14th and phoned then on the 17th to find what is going on. They keep on telling me it is under assessment and they will come back to me. I phoned every day to follow up and they told me they will phone me back. Till today i have heard nothing. Today i phoned again and the person told me that he wait for the manager or supervisor to sign it off. Now it is told to me that the access is higher it is effective from the first of June. The quotation i have get for the repair is 7 days now if the quote is expired. What is going to happen if the prices is up are discovery going to pay the deference on the new quotation.
