I had to put down a fuel deposit for R750-00 when getting a loan car, I returned the car on a full tank as requested. They said they will refund the full R750-00 on return of the car with a full tank. it has been 6months and still no return of funds, just promises from the consultant LEEROY which he never provides. I have been nagging for weeks for my refund and just have to baby sit the whole time and get no results!! Rather go to another car hire company before you have to go through the same process!
