INCORRECT REFUND

I was not made aware of the additional costs involved when hiring a vehicle.
My deposit for the vehicle was R750 and was told that there will be a full refund. Only R507 is being refunded.
The supplier did not explain upfront the following:
- Document Fees
- Additional Charge for not filling up the vehicle to their specification (I did return the vehicle with a full tank).
- Exactly how to refuel the specific vehicle (apparently vehicles with an air-lock can accept more fuel).

My refund has also been delayed by 7 working days. There was no feedback from the supplier that there was a problem refunding my deposit. I had to call them to kick off this process.
