REFUND OF FUEL DEPOSIT STILL DUE AFTER 9 DAYS

On 25/07/2013 I had to place a fuel deposit for R750 on my cheque card as yoyr company does not accept garage cards. The transaction went through immediately on my FNB card. REFERENCE # 39739553 I retunrned the car on 2/07/2013 and were advised that as soon as the driver get to the office the deposit will be refunded. On monday I contacted Gage Car Hire which arranged this services as it was related to an insuance claim and spoke tp Lyneette. She contacted me and advised that Tempest could not reverse the trasnaction as they dod not have my bank details. However, they had an imprint on my car and could take the money, but now they are unable to reverse it on the same card. In the 7 days since the car was taken back NO-ONE phoned me for my bank details - So why could this not be done. Lynette asked me to send my bank details for the refund on 8/07/2013 and with a promise that the branch manager will contact me and apologise. TO DATE 10 JULY 2013 - NO DEPOSIT REFUND AND NO PHONE CALL THIS IS MY MONEY - I RETURNED THE CAR MORE THAN FULL WHY DO I NEED TO REMIND THEM TO REFUND ME!!!
