Card not delivered and no response to queries

My Virgin Money credit card was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 23 March between 11h00-13h00. I waited the whole day but no courier came. I logged a complaint on their website on Monday morning and requested an email explanation. I logged another complaint on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. I am still waiting for my email. There was a missed call from the Jhb office on Monday 8:18 and from the Pretoria office on Tuesday at 12:30, this after I said that they cannot phone me at work and that I am only reachable by phone after 16:30!!! I will be home the whole day on Saturday 30 March and expect my card to be delivered!!! I also want my EMAIL explaining why the card was not delivered on Saturday. A simple explanation would have been OK but now they made matters worse by not responding. I am completely fed up and not interested in your calls. EMAIL ME AND DELIVER THE CARD ON SATURDAY 30 MARCH!!!
