No spares of window for new model cars

I drive a 2012 Mazda 6 and my back passenger window was shattered from a stone, I have waited 6 weeks now for a new window and no one from mazda is interested in helping. Even though i have phoned and complained their response is they are waiting for their supplier, well why don't they find another supplier that can keep up with their demands. How pathetic is it that you buy a new model car and they don't have spares. I have left emails on their web sites and I have had no response. I am now trying to import a glass from Ireland because I'm sick of driving a car around with a plastic packet of where the window should be. if i could get a proper answer from someone I would appreciate it but every week I get told another story, If I had money to throw around i would get rid of the Mazda and buy something else from a company that actually keeps spares. Im really dissapointed that in international company with such high standards cannot make arrangements to sort this issue out. I see Mazda is a company that doesnt respond so again I probably wont get any feedback.
