Credit Card sent to the wrong branch

I applied for a new credit card on Monday. I was told it would take 3 - 5 working days and today I got an sms to say it had been delivered to a branch in Cape Town when I specifically asked for it to be delivered to my closest branch in Johannesburg as I am here working. I need to collect the card on Sat (18/01/14) as I work all week and can't wait till next weekend to collect it. I was told they can speed up the process and get a new card delivered by Saturday but that I would have to pay. I want this fee to be waived as I specifically gave instructions for it to be delivered in Johannesburg and it was an error on FNB's part and I don't think I should be disadvantaged by it. I also called the call center and have been put on hold for 20 minutes so I have given up on that avenue.

Please can you confirm that the card will be delivered to my chosen branch by Saturday and that I will not be charged a fee for the speed service.
