VERY DISSAPOINTED

My card was supposed to be delivered to me on Monday. The CCD guy got here an demanded to have my payslip and proof of address on ONE piece of paper. Enyways I did not get my card on Monday. ONLY on WEDNESDAY they called again to arrange when i want the card to be delivered. Well they was supposed to deliver the card this morning between 9-11, its almost the next day and guess what..I still dont have my FNB "Gold cheque " card. I called fnb twice today to find out where is my card- no-one could even give me an answer and apparently someone will call me to tell me why my card was not delivered. Well im still waiting for that someone to call me. I am very disappointing as first national bank is SUPPOSED to be the most "INNOVATIVE" bank..hahahaha this is very bad service and im hesitating if i still want that card.
