Credit Card not delivered to branch

SMS on 02 Spetember asking where new CC should be delivered to was replied to as N1City. On Wednesday 27 Nov SMS advises that card was delivered to Sanlam Centre Branch which is not as requested.

Contacted the Card Division who said they will get it sent to N1City and would be there by Friday (2days). Credit Card expired on 30 November. Called the Card Division again on Monday 02Dec and a Nolene confirms that it takes 3 business days to deliver to N1 City and that I will receive an SMS by Tuesday.

Today is Wednesday and still no response and still no Credit Card. FNB can deliver their cards to the customer but Standard Bank can't even deliver to the correct branch!!!

Do I need to cancel my Credit Card before anyone will respond?
