I requested a new card from FNB. On 14 March I received SMS message from CCD that they received my card and will contact me for delivery. I called and asked whether it could be delivered to the FNB branch the following day since I was leaving for overseas visit on 16 March. They said this is not possible, the earliest would be the following Monday or Tuesday. I was also not allowed to pick the card up at CCD. I arrived back from overseas today and called CCD to get an update (since I received no further notifications). I was suprised to hear the card was still with CCD. They said I did not tell them where the card should be delivered! This is after I requested with FNB the card to be delivered at my closest branch and I also confirmed this with CCD on 14 March. This is not a train smash, but very annoying!
