New vehicle not up to standard

Before purchase of tata Bakkie the sales assistant agreed to meet on two different occasions but never kept to appointment until I personally contacted head office in joburgh. The dealership then arranged for a demo and the vehicle was purchased. The vehicle is doing under 17 thousand km. A problem arose while still under motor plan. Upon contacting the dealership was told the clutch plate is worn out due to bad driving. The dealership is accusing the driver of causing the problem as they are dogging the repairs that needs to be done. The dealership is looking for loopholes and are demanding payment even though I paid for the motor plan. They now decide not to repair the vehicle but charge me for storage. How do these business get away with this kind of shoddy customer service. This is from innocent customers. I would never recommend tata to anyone in the future.
