Terrible customer care

We purchased a new Tata ACE about a month ago and have had endless problems. We had to wait for this vehicle to arrive from Nelspruit, there was however a tow bar and bull bar that they needed to remove as we didn't not take the extras. This was a delay. The first day we fetched the vehicle we noticed scratches in the bin. There was a dent/chip in front that was patched up with white paint, this was clearly visible and did not look like a factory spray. The chassis were painted two different colors. White on the one side and black on the other. This was brought to the sales persons attention.

As we took ownership taking the vehicle out of the dealership the petrol tank was empty and we switched of outside the gate. This delayed us waiting for someone to buy petrol and a mechanic to release the air pressure of the tank. Furthermore we arrived to the dealership at the arranged pick up time, however they were delayed.

2 days later the breaks were making a funny loud noise, we took the vehicle back and they managed to sort it out

A few days later the hand breaks were not holding. The vehicle was rolling.
