DUD FAULTY CAR TATA Indigo 1.4l

I bought a Tata Indigo vehicle though the Blue Lakes advertising company that advertises on the back of the vehicle.(Financed by Standard Bank SA) I took delivery on the 25 October 2013. Taking delivery within a few days that I realised that the head lights are faulty and the vehicle was running at a high temperature that caused that the car not want to go -started stalling as you are pulling away. NOTHING WRONG?? with the temperature. Within 900km I send vehicle to the Roodepoort Dealership for repair. (One day at service dealership at Princess Crossing) Know the car has 3200km and the air cone is not working. I am working and secondly I can not take a day off for the vehicle to be repaired. Reported the matter to the Tata customer complaints division on line. There response was that TATA will repair the car to the manufacturers standards. Also asking what are my rights regarding the consumer protection act regarding with a defective product. (AS in "refunding" /// giving the vehicle back and wanting a new car!!! Made an appointment for the 30th December 2013 for the aircon. The car has - 4500km and on Boxing day the 26 December 2013 the immobiliser was faulty and the car did n
