Tata After Sales Service

I have been driving Tata Xenon bakkies since March 2008 starting with the 3.0L and moving over to the 2.2 in December 2009. Because NO vehicle is perfect I have had my fair share of problems but not once has Tata as a company turned their backs on me. They listened and assisted every time. During December 2012 the cam belt on my Xenon 2.2 snapped. After contacting Head Office and speaking to Mr. Khanna he requested me to move the vehicle to Kia in Nigel under the control of Mr. Willem Botha. From the start I knew I met up with a man that has a passion for Tata. He ensured me that my bakkie was in good hands. I was contacted after a few days and informed that my vehicle was ready to be collected. I only had to pay for the oil change that was performed as Tata took care of the rest. Hi-Five to Kia in Nigel. They delivered as promised. A great thanks to Tata South Africa. I am yet to hear from someone driving a different brand vehicle who has had the support that I have experienced from Tata since 2008. I am sold out to this brand and after all, the Xenon is a good looking vehicle with all the bells and whistles a man needs. Thank you Tata. From a satisfied customer.
