DISTURBING-I WILL NEVER BUY FROM IMPERIAL EDENVALE

I am shocked by the response and very concerned by the lack of communication from the Imperial Edenvale dealership around my problem. I'm now in the process of taking the matter to the MIO, NCC and broadcasting on all social media sites. It is as if the dealership is avoiding me and ignoring me after selling me a defective vehicle.

I purchased a TATA Super Ace cash from the imperial edenvale dealership. I took delivery (3 weeks ago) but the vehicle had no plates and arrangements where made to have the plates put on and the tow bar put on. The temporary plates expire in three days time. I followed up closer to the time informing them that the brakes are faulty, the third gear is faulty and the vehicle is constantly loosing pressure in the tyres thus I think the vehicle is defective.

The did not pitch to pick up the vehicle to have the issues sorted out and despite 12 calls and numerous messages last week to the sales team and management, they have still not contacted me. when I call the sales guy- he cuts my call. It is as if they are avoiding and ignoring me eventhough I have such a serious issue and have paid the full amount.

Iv now taken the issue to TATA head office
