Hi i took my car as advised by my insurer (mutual and federal) to Cresta motor lab, i was told it would be ready in 8 working days and there would be no access, it was 5 days late because they hadn't ordered the part on time when i had given them 3 weeks prior notice that i would be bringing my car in, when i was advised my car was ready they fail to tell me about any charges when they first told me there was no charges, only to find a sudden access tipexed in, and technically the car was not ready because they still needed to reset the airbag.
now this is what i call pathetic service
