KIA DOESN'T NEED BY BUSINESS IT SEEMS

My Kia Piccanto went in for a free service last week Thursday (The free service was because of severe negligence i experienced last time. I drove off after my previous service with no oil in my car) I was promised a free service which excluded the brakes which to my understanding should have been covered!! I made peace with the arrangement and decided I would like to trade in my car on something better. I instructed the workshop to speak to sales to come and check my vehicle and see what type of deal they could work out for me. A gent by the name of Collin checked it out and told me he would have info for me the next day. The next day i had to phone him after getting no response only to be told that he was very busy. (i work in retail and that is a rubbish thing to tell any would be buyer!) I was quite annoyed but he said he would phone me on monday. He never did. I phoned AGAIN this morning only to be given a run around by the receptionist and have the phone put down in my ear. I AM TRYING TO GIVE KIA BUSINESS!! My response now is that i will buy from Toyota instead. I WILL NEVER LOOK AT KIA AS LONG AS I LIVE!!
