I bought a TATA superace from TATA Polokwane in November 2012.
This vehicle has been in for repairs 4 - 5 times already since
I bought it.
All of the above had to be fixed and yet, is still not in working condition.
The last time we took it in for the air-conditioner that was not working,
the vehicle was at the TATA dealership for more than a week.
Upon fetching the vehicle, we were told not to use the air-conditioner
as it could cause something to burn!!!
Currently, once again, the vehicle is cutting out and cannot be used.
In total the vehicle has been standing for more than 2 months, since I bought it -
this was reported to Hester at customer care, more than once.
I had to purchase an additional vehicle to get my work done, as the TATA
is so unreliable and I am losing money in the process - having to have
the vehicle in for repairs every few months for weeks at a time!!
The above was sent - as it is - to TML Customer support. Anise of TML replied on 05|09|13 that they will investigate the matter and keep me updated. It is 18|09|13 and I have not yet heard ANYTHING from any
one at TATA. This is by far the WORST buy ever!!
