Our Company vehicle (Tata Xenon) had a breakdown on 30 July 2013 we had it towed to an approved dealership the next day, since Tata`s road side assistance Tel nr was not working we had to pay another company to tow the vehicle. The vehicle was in the workshop for two months before they could figure out that they needed to replace the engine. Up to date we are still waiting for our vehicle to be fixed, they have had our vehicle for more than 205 days now and finally someone sent me an email stating that they received a job card.
I wonder if they think we can drive around in a job card. One would think that since our vehicle is still under warranty that they would offer us a replacement vehicle.
