Went to BP in plumstead, filled up, vincent assisted me. siped 3 times, no record first time, second time, it showed declined third time it went thru for 589.21, as i got the sms. i showed him the sms and he said the machine shows timed out. he then asked me to park and walked off with my card. he went to who i assume was the manager (who never once introduced himself) who kept my card and told me "now, we have a problem, we need the money". PATHETIC the way this man dealt with the complaint, i went to atm on site, STD bank (charges for me) he refused to even consider paying bank charges as he insisted its my problem, with my card or my bank. i asked him will i get a refund if it went thru, and he only said, im sure it didnt go thru. i asked him to answer my question as he never confirmed he would refund me. only after i paidd did he come to my car to say IF it goes off, will he refund. i told him i didnt like the way he dealt with it, and i wont be back again, he aid, "oh ok bye". PATHETIC. sad to think how much business they will lose, as my fam and fam business fills up there. FNB just coonfirned it went off as confirmed, and no issue with ban. treated like a criminal, for what!
