Missing Chrome beading on passenger doo

My car was booked in for hail damage repairs on the 21st November 2012. It was only ready for collection on the 28th December 2012. I did pick it up on that day, but when i was washing the car three days later I realised that the Chrome beading on the front passenger door was missing. I immediately phone the consultant who was handling my car, at that time it was a guy called Moosa. He promised to order a new one, he then asked me to bring the car in so that he can look at it. I took the car on the 14th of January 2013 back to the panel beaters and Moosa apologized and promised to have it repaired the following week between the 22nd and 23rd. I waited for his call but he did not call me. on the 29th January 2013 I phoned the panel beater only to be told that Moosa is no longer working there and they referred me to Eddy. Told him my case promised to order the missing part as well but up to date my car is not yet fixed. Ive been phoning him every week, which is not even easy to talk to him as he is always busy with a client and he does not even bother to return calls. Right now I am just fed up
