I put in diesel there yesterday, 0252013, i paid by bank card, the attendant to;d me the transaction was declined, i withdrew the money, R800 to pay for the diesel that was R791.75. I got my slip and climb in the bakkie to drive away. The sms came through to my cellphone that the money was taken from my bank account. I walked back to the guy at the counter and showed him that the money was taken from my account.
The worst service ever, i was treated like a criminal, the manager refused to speak to me in the beginning and keep on sending the supervisor to give me a message.
He came back again and asked for my bank card, i asked him does he think i am stupid to give my bank card to them if i am not there to see what they are doing. I got angry for the poor service and said a few swear words and only after that did the manager come out and tell me that there is nothing he can do, i have to go to a bank to sort it out.
What type of service is that, who wants to be treated like that if it is not even my mistake.
