Not being dealt with correctly

I applied for a RCS card in 2012, but never used it. In June 2013 I was congratulated for making my first purchase. I have never even used the card for anything. I contacted RCS and was told to send a Affidavit so they can start the 21 day investigation. I did this, and on the first day of July my account was debited for the installment amount. This is pathetic as it clearly shows on their system that the card has been blocked, and there is a pending investigation. I also stated in my Affidavit that I refuse to be held liable for any of the charges. I again contacted RCS and was asked to send a letter with my bank details and bank statement so they can do the refund in a week's time. In my opinion the money should never have been deducted in the first place. I am now waiting to see when I will actually get my money back
