Manager swearing at me

I went to Clicks to buy medication. I paid using some cash back vouchers & a credit card. My credit card declined twice, but I've had a problem with it recently so I gave Tsholofelo, the cashier, my debit card. The debit card also declined, this was very unusual. She put it through twice & it declined. I was puzzled because I was getting texts from the bank saying the money had been paid. I asked Tsholofelo to call a manager, she just stood there. I phoned the bank & asked her AGAIN to call a manager. She rolled her eyes but fetched the manager, Sizakele. Sizakele did nothing but stand around while I spoke to the bank on the phone. The bank said that the charges HAD gone through, Clicks machine must be broken. All the while Tsholofelo stood there sighing like i was inconveniencing her. We tried a different machine & it worked, but by now the money had come off 4 times & I will need a refund. I asked Sizakele for her surname - in case I needed it when getting my refund - she REFUSED to give it to me, she refused 3 times! Eventually I threatened to report her, at which point she actually SWORE at me. The other cashiers all stood laughing at me -a horrible humiliating experience.
