No after sale service

I bought a Kia Cerato Demo in October 2012 and was quite impressed with the follower ups and prompt action taken, even the financing took record time. This should signalised warning bells because this is where the customer service ended. Here are my queries about your Alberton branch:

- Two days after I got the car I notices that the rubber lining in one of the passenger doors was torn, I promptly informed the sales person who assured me that thid would be fixed with no problems. Which I had to reason to doubt so I waited to hear from them. After numerous follow ups with the consultant Lindiwe & the sales manager Andrew Andrews, my issue is still not fixed.

- secondly on Saturday 02/03/2013, I now have had the car for 5 months I was refused a licence for my other car because the licence on my new car was not paid... now please explain how can I continue to do business with a company that does not even get the basics right.

I called your headoffice on numerous occassion but could not be assisted, the person who deals with these queries was not available!

Now i wait & its just a shame that this contract is with the bank as well or else I would terminated it ages ago.
