Swiped card twice and refuse refund

The staff member proceeded to swipe my card twice for the meals purchased and when I asked for my money back they refused to refund me and told me I had to go into my bank and get bank statements to prove the amount went off twice. I told them I will bring them my internet banking statements and they said that's not good enough. How can that not be good enough when I showed them my sms's from the bank and if I bring in bank statements from my internet banking??? If I go into the bank to get bank statements, then I not only want my refund, but they can include my bank charges and petrol into my refund!!! This was your staff member that and not me, so sort out my refund TODAY!!! I have no objection taking in my bank statements from internet banking, but I don't see why going into the bank is needed! I can get a Visa with internet statements, so please explain why McD's is more important than the embassy??? The Managers on duty that night are as follows: Lewis Mutasa & Leanne Kgomomuu.
