Very Very Poor Service!

On 15 February my husband posted a package for me with overnight post. On Monday, 18th I checked and the parcel was still in Joburg, phoned them and I was told that theres a strike but the package will be in Carolina on Tuesday. Phoned on Wednesday the package was still in Joburg, the lady said 'no compensation cause its a strike. Phoned on Thursday the guy said the package is in Witbank and they are trying to get someone to take it to carolina. checked today again parcel is still in Joburg, phoned the lady said its still in Joburg and she dont know why the guy to me. Asked for head office phone number she gave me the wrong number. Phoned another number and the lady there said that even though I paid for overnight post the package would only be delivered after the strike. I told her that is unacceptable. On the parcel tracking the 18th it showed the parcel was scanned in Joburg 2013/02/17 at 10:02, on the 20th it showed the parcel was scanned in Joburg 2013/02/20 at 00:21. No one there really wants to help either. I really feel helpless and frustrated by now.
