Bad service and customer communication

I had my car towed to Renew it Sandton roughly 3 weeks ago, and 5 working days after that had the go ahead and parts delivered to Renew it. They assured me it would be finished within 10 working days. It is now 12 working days, and still no car. I have also had to phone them to get status updates on my car, and would then be informed that I would be phoned back with a status update, which I never received (this happened twice, and on the 11th working day was informed that the period was now 10-15 working days). I need my vehicle for various business and personal reasons, and when you try and convey the urgency of this requirement, nobody gives a, after i had been guaranteed it would be finished within this week. Week gone, no car!

I find this level of service unacceptable, and hampering me personally now, at a level which borders on the insane.
