International Parcel Is being sent to wrong HUBS

I Have an international parcel coming thru. I live in Port Elizabeth and normally my parcels get sent from Joburg Hub to Port Elizabeth Hub just fine. This parcel has been sent from Joburg Hub first to Durban Hub then to Cape Mail Hub. When I phone customer care no one can help. Why can I not get hold of someone that can actually check if the address on the parcel is correct and everything is fine? Everyone just gives me phone numbers that don't work and passes the buck. I NEED THIS PACKAGE!! I NEED TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP ME!!! I NEED TO FIND MY PACKAGE!! I NEED TO GET A CAPEMAIL HUB NUMBER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I NEED SERVICE!
