Poor service, charging but not delivering!!!

I have had 3 parcels posted to me in the begging of February, two arrived, I tried tracking/tracing them online, but only one showed to be at my local post office. When I went there the package was already on its final notice to collect, I did not receive any notification to come and collect my parcel, and online it showed that it had just arrived, second parcel they said was delayed because of the strike, I then insisted they search in the back, and there it was!!! no notification and not updated online!!! the third package the lady said was still "in transit" from P.E, its a month later now, and in fact the parcel is actually already in JHB, (the person who sent it to me was able to trace it there through laborious phone calls with being placed on hold for ages!!!), but needs to be dispatched out... this is unacceptable! how can they charge full prices and not deliver on a service, strike or no strike, all other companies employ temp workers as to continue service delivery!!! when calling the customer help line, one gets placed on hold FOR 20-30 MINUTES!!! and then told, sorry we are offline!!! I want my property and my money returned!!!
